Free cancellation

Reservations can be canceled without any costs until 12:00 p.m. the day before your arrival. In the case of cancellation after the deadline or not show at the hotel, we will proceed to charge the total amount of the first night and 50% for the rest of the stay, taxes included, the credit card provided, the stay will be canceled.

Groups

Reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered groups and the hotel reserves the right to apply special conditions.

Gift Packs

Each pack includes for the price only what is indicated in the description of each pack. You can redeem a gift code up to 12 months after the purchase of the pack. The reservation with gift packs is subject to availability and hotel rates.
